We asked Connected Concepts to help us boost our website visits and introduce us into social media. Connected Concepts is a small but very focused agency and their professional advice has been essential for our activities.

Following a public tender procedure, Connected Concepts has been appointed as our consulting agency. During a 6-month project they have developed and assisted with the implementation of the marketing strategy and communication plan for the BEL. After 5 successful editions, it was time to review and consolidate our strategy for the annual FFF Congress. Connected Concepts delivered a complete, professional report addressing our main pain points: new income opportunities, more interactivity with our delegates and a different conference programme management approach. We are extremely pleased with the variety of novel ideas and tools included in their analysis, which already help us redefining the concept of our future congresses.
