We asked Connected Concepts to help us boost our website visits and introduce us into social media. We were pleasantly impressed with their experience in these domains and noticed our prospects database growing each day, thanks to the pro-active approach and the close collaboration with our members.

Connected Concepts is a small but very focused agency and their professional advice has been essential for our activities.

Following a public tender procedure, Connected Concepts has been appointed as our consulting agency. During a 6-month project they have developed and assisted with the implementation of the marketing strategy and communication plan for the BEL. Their suggestions and initiatives have been extremely practical and effective. After 5 successful editions, it was time to review and consolidate our strategy for the annual FFF Congress. Connected Concepts delivered a complete, professional report addressing our main pain points: new income opportunities, more interactivity with our delegates and a different conference programme management approach. We are extremely pleased with the variety of novel ideas and tools included in their analysis, which already help us redefining the concept of our future congresses. A good business relationship that goes beyond formal meetings! Sharing our work onsite in Bordeaux with someone else was a little uncommon for us, but Cristina and Yves quickly integrated into our team and adapted to our way of working while giving input to improve our service to clients.
